Who will be cleaning my home?
A regularly assigned person will clean your home. All
employees are uniformed and insured.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured with liability insurance.
What is Aromatherapy House Cleaning?
Aromatherapy House Cleaning includes the same thorough
cleaning as a regular cleaning except we use all natural
plant-based cleaning products infused with essential
oils for a wonderful healthy home and invigorating scent.
Do I need to be home the day
of cleaning?
Absolutely not. Some customers prefer to schedule cleaning
appointments while they are at work, while others like
to be at home during the process. It is up to you.
What do I have to do before
the cleaning?
So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient
as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys
or other household items.
How will you enter my home on
my scheduled day of cleaning?
This is up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable
with. 1. You may give us a key. 2. You can leave a key
under a door mat or in the mail box the day of cleaning.
3. You can give us the code to the garage.
How do I pay for the service?
Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a
check in the home, made payable to Aroma Care Cleaning
Services. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning
visit.
Are your natural products as
effective as regular household cleaners?
Of course. Our products are extraordinary in
both performance and scent. As for the germs? Pure essential
oils are strongly antibacterial in nature and for this
reason there is a surplus of them in the products. In
fact, research shows that antibacterial plant oils may
not cause the drug resistance that leads to "super
bugs" like common chemical disinfectants can. All
this and they smell good, too.
What about airborne bacteria?
Essential oils have disinfecting properties that are
100% effective at purging harmful airborne bacteria.
